Meal POP INC Merchant Agreement (2026)

This Meal POP Merchant Agreement ("Agreement"), effective as of , is entered into by and between Meal POP Incorporated, a Tennessee Corporation with its principal offices at 150 4th Avenue North (20th Floor), Nashville, TN 37210 ("Meal POP"), and , with its principal offices at ("Merchant").

This Agreement is governed by the Merchant Terms and Conditions, located at mealpops.com/terms-and-conditions ("Terms and Conditions"), which are incorporated into this Agreement. Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Terms and Conditions.

Merchant wishes to sell its goods and/or services and issue vouchers ("Vouchers") that can be purchased through Meal POP's service at MealPOPs.com ("Websites"), or through other platforms or distribution channels owned, controlled, or operated by Meal POP, and redeemed for Merchant's goods and/or services. Meal POP agrees to promote the Merchant Offering through its advertising and promotional services on behalf of Merchant. In consideration of the mutual covenants of the parties and other valuable consideration, the sufficiency and receipt of which are hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:

Voucher Fine Print

Cannot be combined with other vouchers or promotions.
Vouchers may be removed from the User Meal POPs Wallet for any reason and are not guaranteed.
Users have fifteen (15) minutes after revealing the promotional code to complete the transaction with the Merchant before the code is considered redeemed/invalid and removed from the User's Meal POPs Wallet.
May be used toward the purchase of food or beverages.
Limit one (1) per person.
Limit one (1) per visit.
Limit one (1) per order.
Valid for one-time use only; no change or unused credit will be issued by the Merchant.
Valid only at the Merchant location(s) listed.
Must provide valid 21+ ID to receive alcoholic beverages.
Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.
Admittance not included or guaranteed.

Cancellation

Merchant may request cancellation of this Agreement at any time and without reason by providing written notification to Meal POP. Upon receipt of written notification of cancellation from the Merchant, Meal POP shall have seventy-two (72) hours to cease all distribution of Vouchers on behalf of Merchant and to remove the promotion from its platform.

Electronic Consent & Acceptance

This Agreement may be executed electronically. Electronic acceptance shall have the same force and effect as an original handwritten signature.
